Codes Requirements

This project adheres to the International Building Code, 2009 for all codes and regulations. From the EllisCAD, the project site is located in a school zone. To meet the ADA requirements for accessibility, entrance ramps, wheelchair accessible sidewalks, and handicap-accessible restrooms have been included.

Type of Construction
Based on the type of building (Institution) and style of partner campus, we will be building it out of concrete, brick, wood and it will be 50 feet high, and 3 stories. This is from the IBC building types based on size and use of our facility section 302. Adhering to ADA codes and occupancy requirements, we will have a minimum 150 parking spaces, and 5 accessible parking spaces. Section 1106.
