The reason that I cannot attend the meeting because of my brother had involved in road accident on the appointment day. Besides of that, I was stay at hospital with my brother to take care him. After returning from hospital, I have a class during the appointment time and cant attend the meeting with madam.

I am free on Thursday and Friday after eleven oclock. I would be able to make another appointment and see you at any time during these days and time. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
