CONCLUSION
It was observed during the drive test that in the all floors of library SEC A F2, F3 is serving while SEC C F1 is serving with very low RSCP as shown in above plots.

SEC B & C should serve in the tunnel but our team does not have access to the tunnels to check it.
At Sixth Floor it was observed that the antenna number A2-L6 & A5-L6 is not working. An Fifth Floor it was observed that the antenna number A6-L5 is not working.
