In this article, I will be emphasizing the birth charts of few natives, for whom the Jupiter Mahadasa is running between June 2013 and June 2014.
Transit Jupiter will be entering Gemini (Owner is Mercury an Enemy) on 1st June 2013 and will be there until 19th June 2014. Also, its 5th aspect is on Libra where Saturn and Rahu will be residing.
According to JHora software, with New Delhi as the geographical reference place, on 1-June-2013 around 00:30hrs, Jupiter will be in Gemini with 0 degrees and 10 minutes inclination.
To those natives who are under Jupiter Mahadasa will surely see some hurdles in their lives.
The intensity depends upon the strength of the planet and its lordship and residence.

If the native is unmarried female, then during the above said period, the hurdles can be sensed if planning to get married.
If the native is a student and pursuing higher/advanced education, the hurdles can be sensed in their educational career.
The above are general characteristics; it may vary depending upon the birth charts.

Even though there are only 30 degrees in each Zodiac sign, in one full year, transit Jupiter will be passing thru different inclinations. For some time the inclination increases, then decrease few degrees and then starts increasing again. This is similar to perturbation. Perturbation (astronomy) is defined as, alterations to an object's orbit e.g. caused by gravitational interactions with other bodies.
Depending on the Transit Jupiters inclination, the Lord of Kakshya changes. The below chart depicts the inter-relation with Kakshya Lord and the house it owns for the Zodiac Sign Aries (Mesha). Similar charts are created for the other 11 Zodiac Signs for analysis.

When I posted in facebook, my intention to do some analysis on birth charts for whom the Jupiter Mahadasa is current, I am thankful to all those who responded immediately.
After thoroughly analyzing the birth chart, I decided to include my detailed analysis on those for whom the changes (either positive or negative) are easily noticeable during this period. For the remaining birth charts, I gave a summarized analysis.
The below chart depicts the role of Natal and Transit Jupiter in natives birth chart.
For female natives, I considered all charts; most of them are unmarried as of this date.
Since there were more male birth charts, I randomly picked and provided my detailed analysis. For others, I just provided my summary.

Natal Saturn is in 3rd house and its 7th aspect is on 9th house. Transit Saturn and Rahu are passing thru Natal 2nd house and directly aspecting natal Rahu in Mesha. In June 2013, transit Jupiter will be passing thru 10th house on natal chart. Since transit Jupiters 5th aspect is on Transit Saturn, the chances for the native to get married during this period is slim.
The current Vimsottari Dasa is Jupiter/Saturn which began in 2013-April and ends in 2015-Nov.
According to Kalachakra Rashi Dasa, the major period is Taurus which is the 9th house where Moon is residing and both Saturn and Jupiter are aspecting. The sub-period Scorpio started in 2012-Nov and will be there until 2014-Feb. Then the Pisces sub-period begins and lasts until 2016-Jan. Jupiter is the lord of Pisces and Pisces is the 7th house. Hence, there is a slim chance for the native to get married after 2014-Feb.
According to Kalachakra Planetary Dasa, Venus period is until 2018-dec-25. Venus lord of 9th and 2nd houses is in 4th house cojoined with Sun and the house owner is Jupiter. Venus is aspecting the 10th house where transit Jupiter is passing by. Hence, there is a slim chance for the native to get married between 2013-June and 2014-June.

Thus the influence of both Transit Saturn and natal Saturn on Jupiter clearly depicts that there will be delay in marriage at least until end of 2015, if the slim chances are ignored.

Since the native is just 14 years old, the positive and negative effects of the planet on her birthchart will be shown on her parents. Any financial gains will be reflected on father (head-of-the-family).
For this native, Jupiter a Maleific is lord of 3rd and 6th houses is in its OWN house, cojoined with Sun (lord of 11th house). Sun is a friend of Jupiter here. Also, natal Jupiter is aspecting 10th house where Rahu is residing, 12th house (owned by Mercury ) and 2nd house (owned by Mars).
Transit Jupiter is residing in 9th (Labha-stanam) house and aspecting Moon (lord of 10th house) and Mars (lord of 2nd house). While Moon is a malefic, Mars is a neutral here. Unfortunately, transit Saturn+Rahu are also passing thru natives 1st house.

During Jupiters transit period, for this native, the Vimsottari dasa is Jupiter/Mars and Jupiter/Rahu. While Mars is lord of 2nd house, the transit Jupiter passing thru Bhagya-stanam.
Hence, there is a slim chance for the natives father to gain some sort of financial advantage during this period. The exact form of financial gain or loss need to be concluded after analyzing the natives fathers birth chart.

Both Saturn and Mars are residing in houses owned by Jupiter.
