Narration of Facts: Reporter together with witness appeared before this office to put into record that witness personally saw the commission of the crime Alarms and Scandals, identifying the victim and respondent. That witness averred that while they were dining at said establishment, Dencios, one respondent had a heated argument before standing back from the table and began talking in a loud and mean voice. That said victim approached the table of respondent to placate the angry outburst. That said respondent began sobbing and began hitting victim with various items from the table, causing several guests to promptly move out. It is averred by the witness that respondent eventually managed to knock victim on the floor before running outside of the establishment despite attempts of respondents companion (husband) to restrain her.
