During the course of my audit I observed that 2. Observation: SMS Bugging is sometimes really bothering. Implication: Due to sending unwanted services SMS, user's mobile inbox become jam and its also bothering to them. Recommendation: Do not send excessive unwanted SMS. Management Respond:

During the course of my audit I observed that 3. Observation: Poor Customer Help Line Service. Implication: The process of getting help from the customer service agents is bit lengthy. Recommendation: Building Easy System for communicating to the customer help line. Management Respond:

During the course of my audit I observed that 4. Observation: Lack of Customer Care point. Implication: The number of customer care point is really inadequate especially in the rural areas. Recommendation: Establish more customer care point to build strong customer relationship. Management Respond:

During the course of my audit I observed that 5. Observation: Poor Internet Service. Implication: The Internet service is really poor. Download speed is not up to the mark and it fluctuates on a regular basis. Recommendation: Fast and reliable internet providing. Management Respond:

During the course of my audit I observed that 6. Observation: Poor Quality of Sim. Implication: The sim does not last long specially if it is not installed in the mobile set for a long time. Recommendation: Improving the quality of the sim so that is may last long. Management Respond:
