Middle Pages: Page 166 This page is one of the beginning of Chapter XXV and the start of Book Three. Henry has talked to the major at the hospital. The major admits that Henry was lucky that he got injured when he was. He also says, I am tired of this war. If I was s away I do not believe I would come back. Henry has left Catherine and their unborn baby, and is still thinking of her when Rinaldi enters. Rinaldi examines Henrys knee, and they discuss Catherine. They propose a toast to her and go to dinner. Rating: 6.5 out of 10 Im conflicted about this book. First, I think its very well written, with excellent imagery and depictions of war. But I was not a fan of the dialogue and Henrys interactions with others. They did not seem realistic, especially his conversations with Catherine.
