Navin Jindal and others is available on Supreme Court’s website “ www.supremecourtofIndia.nic.in” ] • Order dated 14.07.2011 of Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta on state Emblem of india in case No. CPAN 1270of 1210 and CPAN 65 of 2011 filed in connection with W.P.No 32027(W) of 2008 Administration Division Rules • The State Emblem of India (Regulation of Use) Rules, 2007 • The State Emblem of India (Regulation of Use) Amendment Rules, 2010 • The Authentication (Order and other instrument) rules, 2002 Today when I was coming back from Chandigarh to Delhi after meeting with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, then I saw a sign board of the Income Tax Office, Panipat from the bridge and I noticed the insult of the State Emblem of India, because Emblem placed with out devnagiri words Stayamev Jayete, I have photographs affixed here for proof and solid evidence, hence you are humbly requested to please lodge FIR against the Head of Income Tax Office, Panipat fpr insulting the State Emblem of India.     Today when I was coming back from Chandigarh to Delhi after meeting with the Honble Chief Minister of Haryana, then I saw a sign board of the Income Tax Office, Panipat from the bridge and I noticed the insult of the State Emblem of India, because Emblem placed with out devnagiri words Stayamev Jayete, I have photographs affixed here for proof and solid evidence, hence you are humbly requested to please lodge FIR against the Head of Income Tax Office, Panipat for insulting the State Emblem of India. Complaint registration No. DRGPO/E/2013/00125 on 25-06-2013 with the HARSAMADHAN webportal, matter has been taken up with the Ministry of Home Affairs (Govt. of India) vide complaint No. MINHA/E/2013/01216 dated June 25, 2013.
