ELECTRICAL PENDING ISSUE @ NEW COB OFFICES BUILDINGS IN LAYDOWN AREA

1: Visit @ STF/CCE new site offices 1 Nos. diesel generator (CCE-G054) rating 430 Kva, 344 Kw, 1128 A Is running, checked ground connection to generator body frame and found ok. Note: Only single rod for ground is installed for each generator. 2: Diesel tank for generators supply is grounded. 3: Cable route markers are required to identify cable routing from XFMR-09(Manual Transfer Switch) to DP-1 4: Main distribution panel tag number DP-1 is grounded with single rod. 5: As front door open of XFMR-09 the distance between internal cover and bus bars are very short it is safety risk, a glass or other mean of recommended protection should provide to avoid any accident. 6: Grounding grid is not installed for building and generators station only single rods are installed of length 1.8 mtrs. 7. General layout drawing (Updated) for buildings is required. 8. Insulation resistance test for cables 185mm2 coming from MTS to DP-1 not done required IR test. 9. For all panel board inside building required panel board drawings mentioned circuit number, also description for individual circuit breaker is required. 10. Wiring diagram for building inside is required. 11. Grounding connection for portable water pump #2 is missing. 12. Grounding connections for Diesel generator, MTS, DP-1 and building are lose as some connections are made by self threading screw which is not enough to tight ground connection between cable and equipment body .
