All praise be to Lord who has been giving us the mercy and blessing, so we always in Lord's guidance. Thanks to Him for giving me chance to finish this book. In this English for Specific Purpose's book, I chose a title : "English for Customer Service." I hope this book is useful for readers. In today, companies which are not able to serve customers is definitely going to be crushed out by competitors. Intense competition, forcing all companies to be the best in everything. One of the main things that must be considered is customer service, how to serve the customer well and satisfactory. So, those who work as customer service have to master an excellent skill. They also must have the right mental attitude and excellent English language skills as well. This book is designed and written to meet the needs of English for employees at the customer service. Each chapter in this book has a specific purpose and specific discussion.
