MB Petroleum Services is a subsidiary oI MB Group. MB Group has interests in oilIield
services, exploration and production oI oil and gas, and mining. The Group is privately
owned, employees roughly 2,000 people, and has operations in the Middle East, North AIrica,

MB Petroleum Services
The International Energy Scenario demands cost eIIective exploration & production solutions
without compromising on Quality, Health, SaIety, and the Environment (QHSE). MB
Petroleum Services has been in business Ior more than two decades and over the years has
developed a wide range oI oilIield services, Irom drilling, completions and mud engineering
to production testing and wire-line. By being a multi-services provider, MB Petroleum is
uniquely placed along the oilIield services value chain through its in-house capabilities.
Depending on the client`s requirement, MB Petroleum can provide these services on stand-
alone basis or as an integrated package oI services. In recent years, MB Petroleum has
developed capabilities as a lead contractor with the systems to manage and coordinate the
services oI other contractors Ior cost eIIective Iield development and operation.

Drilling and Workover Services
As a drilling Contractor MB Petroleum Services LLC operates a Ileet oI 8 drilling rigs and 29
workover rigs supported by extensive workshop and transportation Iacilities. The rigs are oI
modular design, Fit Ior Purpose` equipped with the latest technology like PLC Control and
Top Drive. Average rig move and rig up time is 12 hrs. The average age oI Drilling Rigs is 4
yrs.

To improve the quality oI our assets, we have invested in Enterprise Asset Management
System`, an Oracle based asset and inventory management system. The system is
implemented on all our rigs.

Drilling Rigs and Equipment

To ensure the integrity oI our equipment, we have implemented an inspection and
maintenance schedules controlled through Enterprise Asset Management System
(EAMS). API (American Petroleum Institute) & Customer standards are Iollowed as a
base. We have Iully equipped workshop Iacilities attached to our operations in Yemen,
Syria, Germany and Hungry. Oman operations are supported by inIield workshop
Iacility in Nimr (South oI Oman) and in Muscat to carry out repair, re-certiIication,
upgrade and modiIication oI our various services equipment, rigs, vehicles etc.

Process
Equipment

Rusayl Oilfield Center

Rusayl OilIield Center is a new addition to the MBPS Group, providing engineering and
maintenance back up to our drilling, workover and production services operations. The
workshop has all the necessary equipment required Ior major repair and over haul. There
is enough space around the workshop Ior rig up oI a complete rig. In addition, the Rusayl
OilIield Center workshop has its own high-pressure test bay, Iabrication shop, sand
blasting and painting Iacilities.
The major activities oI the workshop are:

Maintenance and reIurbishment oI rigs and equipment
Fabrication oI tanks, production test separators, sand catchers, etc
Inspection and repair oI all oilIield equipment in a Iactory environment including high
pressure testing
Engineering Supports Ior rig modiIications & projects to upgrading equipment.
In addition to this, our operations in Germany, Hungry, Syria and Yemen are supported by
well-equipped workshops oI similar standards.

Process

To achieve a consistently good service quality depends on the competency oI the people
employed, equipment and process. Understanding the need Ior consistency in quality, we
became an ISO 9002 Compliant Company, where we implement it in every aspect oI our
operations. All the procedures are well documented with strict change control
mechanism in place as per ISO requirements.

Hazards are an integral part oI any operation, to control hazards and mitigate their aIter
eIIects; we have developed procedures, which can be broadly deIined by the process
