Teachers are a key agent of change in bullying prevention. Seeing as middle and mid-elementary schoolers are the most likely to be bullied, our target audience for this campaign is the teachers of students ages 10-14. Focus is on the relationships between teachers and students. Create a more positive social environment in schools

Situational Analysis: To focus on the relationship between students and teachers to build a support system. We may not be able to stop bullying from happening, but teachers and parents can stop it from continuing if they encourage an open environment. Goal 1: Increase awareness of the long-term and short-term effects of bullying: seminar for teachers featuring Erin Gruwell. Goal 2: To increase the student teacher and student-mentor relationship through the use of the Twitter campaign. Goal 3: Build student teacher relationships through advisory groups and related activities. Goal 4: Develop an event that evaluates the effectiveness of S.E.A. Team advisory groups on the improvement of the student-teacher relationship.
