CREATION OF ECOSOC AUDIT & EVALUATION TEAM ----------------------------------------------------------------To: All Officers and Members of ECOSOC 27 July 2013

Good Day Fellow Members of ECOSOC! Due to the current issues on liquidation of last years projects and some glitch of liquidation reports in the first few months of our stint in the position. I am hereby creating our first line of defense in the avoidance of the same issues and problems in our upcoming projects. By the power conferred upon me, and with the succeeding approval of the Student Legislative Council, I am hereby creating the ECOSOC Audit & Evaluation Team which will be in charge in the execution of the SACDEV Audit Guidelines, Good Housekeeping Guidelines and the Project Evaluation Guidelines. Theyll make sure that every project heads must be informed about such guidelines and properly guide them with the right actions to prevent the same monotonous issues of not properly liquidated projects and the conduct of unreasonable and un-aligned expenses.
