Do not suppress anger Stop blaming and calling names Learn to relax
Confront the situation/ person calmly Monitor the feelings and learn to use them as cues
Engage in activities that work off anger & feeling relaxed Relinquish your anger Do not brood; see things differently Reframe a situation
Become aware of what precipitates your anger Know the roots of your anger
Look at the situation from THE other persons view Interpret situation from less provocative perspective
Just let it go
