Analyze "The Waterboy" from a management perspective in about 100 words with special focus on team and interpersonal

communication.

The Waterboy, Bobby Bocher, is a shy, troubled man who finds his hidden potential as a football tackler. His coach, Klein, identifies his potential and his motivation as well as his worth to a team that has been suffering losses for so long it has become a joke. Also, Bochers performance builds up the team value as well as bolsters them up and gives them more confidence. Although it seems that Bocher is a one-man army, he is also shown to need the support and encouragement of his peers, superiors and loved ones. Bocher slowly develops from the one on the receiving end of support and advice to the one giving it in terms of how one can handle and get over their fears and charge ahead to victory.
