LOGO DESIGN CONTEST RULES

Ewing Arts Commission

1. All entries must be submitted with an entry form (one form for each
entry. Limit Two entries per person) by June 30, 2009.

2. Submission must be by a Ewing Township resident or a student

attending school in Ewing

3. Designs should be in black and white

4. Logo should be easy to recognize and understand

5. Submissions should at minimum, include the following words:

6. The logo should generally represent the mission statement of the Ewing
Arts Commission.

Mission Statement:

The Ewing Arts Commission is an appointed municipal body constituted as

a non-profit organization. The focus is to support, develop and expand the
Arts. The goal is to foster the freedom in expression of artistic growth and
enjoyment within the community of Ewing Township through commitment
and dedication.

7. No copyrighted or trademarked images should be included in submis-

sions. All artwork is to be designed and created by the entrant.

8. All submissions become the property of the Ewing Arts Commission.

9. The selected logo becomes the property of the Ewing Arts commission,
and may be used for any purpose determined by Ewing Arts Commission.
The basic elements of the logo may be used as a template and modified.

Deadline for all submissions is June 30, 2009.

Each entry will be judged according to the following criteria: Creativity,

artistic merit, concept and printability.

The Ewing Arts commission will determine the winning logo design.
Winners will be notified no later than July 15, 2009
