February 18, 2013 Leadership Team Isenberg MBA Net Impact Consulting Challenge On behalf of Amherst Medias Board

of Directors, staff and members, I would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation for our recent selection as a non-profit site for the Isenberg MBA Net Impact Consulting Challenge. Our designated consultants, Nick Russo and Kyle Lunt, while under a huge time constraint, made the necessary time to meet with us and helped to further define our most troublesome marketing concerns regarding our Apple Authorized Training Classes. Their probing questions and relaxed interviewing style made the session more collaborative in nature and focused in its result. In the past having personally been on both ends of this client/consultant dynamic, I can honestly say they both demonstrated the key factor in moving these initiatives forward- a keen, deep listening quality. They were tuned to all current verbiage with their refined analytical skills always moving and shifting towards a goal. Nick and Kyle came to our February Board of Directors meeting to present their findings and recommendation. They gave a very thorough and concise presentation that elicited questions from our Board Members and eventually their applause for a job well done. Their findings will be adapted and incorporated into our overall strategic plan. We thank you and the Isenberg School for engaging with the areas community non-profits by sharing your MBA expertise.
