Abstract: The Natural Units of Planck, from the 1899's

paper, is one of the most powerful candidate to complete the
Theory of Everything (TOE). The interpretation of these units are
fundamental to whole comprehension of the origin of the Universe
and its function and its process. This consideration guides us to
proclaim “Planck's Units Cosmology” (PUC).

In the year of 1899 in a paper presented to the Prussian Academy of Sciences Planck
explain why he valued these units as follows: ...ihre Bedeutung für alle Zeiten und für alle, auch
außerirdische und außermenschliche Kulturen notwendig behalten und welche daher als
»natürliche Maßeinheiten« bezeichnet werden können... (...These necessarily retain their meaning
for all times and for all civilizations, even extraterrestrial and non-human ones, and can therefore be
designated as "natural units"..., wikipedia.org)
It means as follows: physicists sometimes humorously refer to Planck units as "God's
units", as Planck units are free of arbitrary anthropocentricity. Unlike the meter and second, which
exist as fundamental units in the SI system for historical reasons, the Planck length and Planck time
are conceptually linked at a fundamental physical level. (wikipedia.org)
The base fundamental Natural Units of Planck are:
Planck length: Length (L): l p = ℏ G/ c3 : 1.61604861 × 10−35 m
Planck mass: Mass (M): m p= ℏ c/ G : 2.17671407 × 10−8 kg
Planck time: Time (T): t p=  ℏ G/c 5 : 5.39055792 × 10−44 s
If we work with relations of these fundamental units each other we get results that as

This suggests that the one of these units may be even more crucial.
If we choose the unit of Planck time (t p) as fundamental unit of these fundamental units,
then we have relations as follows:

 Now, I suggest to define new units based on the new interpretation of these natural units.
I set the basic elementary charge as:
Planck charge: Electric Charge (Q): e p = ℏ G/ c4 : 9.33349004 × 10−40 C
and on the fundamental unit, Planck time, we have: e p = c t p .
This implies then:

These new units suggests us that based on the fundamental unit, Planck time, it seems
equal to square root of the product of space and time:

It means that the dimension of force and the dimension of impedance are equals.
This new interpretation of units gives us a new parameter to understand how the universe
works. And all other dimensions of physical events and process are reducible from the fundamental
unit, time, tp, Planck time.
And this consideration guides us to think about “Planck's Units Cosmology” (PUC).
And this PUC “Planck's Units Cosmology” contains now new parameter which guive us to
new interpretation on the TOE “Theory of Everything”.
