Good Day I am interested in applying as a Nurse, in your respective Municipal Hospital (Paniqui General Hospital). I am a graduate of Central Luzon Doctors Hospital Educational Institution Class 2008. I passed the Nursing Licensure Board Examination in February, 2009 with an average rating of 78.40%. I am also a graduate of Central Luzon Doctors Hospital Educational Institution Graduate Studies, earned the Degree of Master of Science in Nursing Major in Nursing Administration on October 14, 2011 with an average of 1.5 % (91-93%). I have worked as a Nurse Staff Trainee at Tarlac Provincial Hospital from August 03, 2009 to October 31, 2009, and recall as a Pre-Employment (Re-Training) as a E.R Nurse Staff at Tarlac Provincial Hospital from July 17, 2010 to October 15, 2011. I also had a Nurse Dialysis Training Course at Jecsons Medical Center from April 18, 2011 to June 01, 2011. I have taken Post Graduate Trainings and Seminars like, Intra-Venous Therapy for Nurses, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Basic ECG Reading and Interpretation. It is my goal to combine my range of experiences with my abilities to a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent Nurse who will make a positive contribution to your respective Municipal Hospital.
