CRITICAL FRONT LINE ON EMERGENCY RESPONSE (AUTOMOTIVE)

TheJMC will give a 20 minutes tolerance time before activating the communication flow of delays if not receiving feedback from the driver on reporting points NOT CONSIDERED AS EMERGENCY Trip Delay Report ( Reporting probable delays on the trips schedule > 25 min) Incident with SLB and/or Third Party ilnesses or Injuries Incident involving Critical Loads without injuries (Radioactive/Chemicals/Explosives/ Lithium Incident with affections to Assets from SLB or Batteries/ Environmental Releases any special Third Party without injuries cargo) Security Related Event ( Thieft, Kidnapping, etc.)

JMC informs of the delay to the JM Approver and request reevaluation of the trip

JMC connects in conference call Medical Call Center + Trip Approver and Driver if possible

JMC connects in conference call SLB Trip Approver +Driver if possible

1 TRIP APPROVER
Gives feedback on further actions if needed * Evaluates approval upgrade in case of Night driving/Extreme risk trips

Coordinates accordingly with the SLB Doctor and JMC the following actions for support

SPECIALISTS

*The initial contacts are flagged with a Number 1 as considered to be critical to be consulted for first response in case of emergency . *After activating the front line on Emergency Response, the JMC will communicate the Operations Managers/OFS Mgrs and HSE Management Team according to the ER Flow Chart from locations in BRZ *Within 4 hours after emergency control, The JMC will prepare a Flash Report of the ER response and the actions taken . The report will be sent to the Critical Front Line , Ops Mgr, Subgmkt OFS/HSE Mgrs.
