Audit Summary Positive aspects of the system:

Management is committed towards development, implementation and maintenance of QMS. Organization is open and frank for the improvement identified during the audit. Organization is involved in this business since last 20 years and same experience is being utilized by the management for the growth of organization.

Effectiveness of the system:


Basic requirement of QMS were implemented effectively, All statutory requirements were established for the business and no such requirements were applicable for the process and products.

Effectiveness of management review:


MRM frequency is once in 6 months. Two MRM were done on 31/12/2006 and 5/2/2007. All inputs were discussed in details with action plan and output is clear.

Effectiveness of internal audits:


6 monthly frequency for internal audit. All audits were done by independent auditors.. Total 3 NC s identified, root cause verified. NCs were closed

Continual improvement:
Basic requirement were found to be followed as per QMS requirement, continual improvement is apparent through various processes like control, infrastructure, customer focus, MRM and internal audit, data analysis, internal process monitoring. Customer Feedback & Complaints No Complaints since 1/1/2007. Customer feedback is obtained from various customers and found to be analyzed the satisfaction index. Average CSI is 88.20%.
