Power Sector
Attractive Experience in having responsibility for the safe, efficient, cost effective and reliable operation and maintenance of large size power plants Leading proactive and enthusiastic safety culture in the plant ensuring that all people working in the Plant will operate within safety and environmental guidelines Working very closely with the Team and implementing the best O&M practices to bring a sustainable reliability of the Plant. Establishing, leading and lagging indicators for measuring the plant performance and setting the right targets / goals for O&M people. Ensuring effective & efficient planning & execution of scheduled maintenance / annual outage and successful completion of such outages Experience in Regulatory and Commercial issues including Electricity Trading, Budgeting, Liasoning with Local Government and State Utilities This position requires good people management and communication skills At least 10 years experience in managing O&M function of a large size Thermal Power Plants is a must. Out of 10 years, 5 years experience in the area of Combined Cycle - Gas Based Power Plants will be preferred.Preference will be given to experience with 9E and 9 FA machines. Should have ability to drive the O&M team through synergy and collaboration. Should have effective negotiation skills & Good interpersonal relations, networking and organizing ability Ready to Relocate
