1.0. Standard equipment 1.1. Druck standard 2.0. PROCEDURE 2.1. Select V DC range 2.2. Link input connector V (red) and COM (black). Ensure the display read 0.0000. If not, then adjust RV7 so display read 0.0000. Remove link 2.3. Apply a voltage source at the input connector. 2.4. With an input of near -2 volts, ensure display reading agrees with applied voltage or is within specification. If not then connect on accurate DVM, +ve on test point marked V on PCB and -ve on COM. Adjust RV3 to give a correct reading. 2.5. Select mA range. Link input connector mA (yellow) and COM (black). Ensure the display read 0.0000. If not, then adjust RV4 so display read 0.000. Remove link. 2.6. The 2 volt, 20 volt, 200 volt and 30 mA ranges should automatically be in calibration. If this proves not to be the case then internal precision component will need changing by manufacturer. 2.7. Select pressure measurement mode, scale 1. 2.8. With the zero pressure applied,ensure display reads zero. If not, adjust RV6 so display reads zero. 2.9. Apply full scale pressure . Ensure reading on the display is within specification. If not, adjust RV5 to give correct reading. The other two pressure scales and linearoty error should automaticaly be within specification. 2.10. Seal RV3, RV4, RV5, RV6, RV7 using varnish to avoid any shift in calibration.
