Quincy's Bat Wings

MATERIALS
2 or more sheets of 8.5" x 11" cardstock Scissors or cutting tool 6" x 3" rectangle of black poster board (or adjust size so the wings sit between your childs shoulder blades) Multipurpose glue Hole punch 24" elastic or twine, cut in half

PRINTING AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS


NOTE: Project assembly is intended for adults only.

Print artwork and template and set aside to dry completely.

Glue wing template pages together back to back with right side of the first page and left side of the second page lined up; set aside to dry.

Cut out a 6" x 3" rectangle from black poster board and Punch holes according to the template provided.

MAKE 1

To create arm straps, hold cardboard horizontally and thread one length of elastic through top right hole and tie a knot to secure. Thread the same piece of elastic through the bottom right hole, securing with a knot to form a loop. Repeat on the left side.

Cut wings out along yellow lines.

Glue each wing to the backside of the cardboard with the longer edge on top and the shorter edge pointing down.
