Please provide me the following information along with the noting part including initial stage up to decision making, approval Authority: 1. Approval of the Horn and Bone including ivory products activity under purview of the KVIC from initial stage up to amendment, alternation in para 29 of the PMEGP guidelines, either by direct funding, ISEC, CBC, REGP and PMEGP along with the copies of relevant noting parts. 2. Copies of all circulars, office orders related to Horn and Bone including ivory products activity, either by direct funding, ISEC, CBC, REGP and PMEGP. 3. List of beneficiaries under Horn and Bone including ivory products activity, either by direct funding, ISEC, CBC, REGP and PMEGP along with the complete address, contact number, funds sanctioned, disbursed, incentive given by the KVIC, KVIB or any other Government agencies. 4. The Wildlife Crime Control Bureau WCCB (Ministry of Environment and Forest) issued advisory to the KVIC (Copy attached as P-1), complaint lodged by many people about Horn and Bone including ivory products activity, please supply me copies of all relevant papers along with the noting part of the KVIC while dealing these papers, WCCB advisory.

5. Copies of Authority letters, detail's on the Authority entitled to amend the guideline of the PMEGP scheme, as some material, addition ordered by the letter dated August 12, 2013 (Copy attached as P-2) after para 29 in the Negative list. 6. Copies of action taken against the offenders, either official or beneficiaries, present status of the Horn and Bone including ivory products units aided by the KVIC approved scheme all over India. 7. Compliance, confirmation of the Village Industries definition of the KVIC all over India, If KVIC doesnt have the information then my application may kindly be forwarded to the concerned agency as per provisions under RTI Act, 2005.
