Planning
Analyze your rules. Eg. Your current rule is as a student. Set your targets and practise them. Eg. You want to obtain first class honour for your degree.

Organizing
Identify ways needed to achieve goals. Eg. You choose the method of study to let you study more effectively. Allocate time efficiently for different activities. Eg. Other than study hard, you have leisure time for entertainment as well.

Leading
Leading others. Eg. You become the leader in a group assignment. Motivate others. Eg. You are volunteer to teach your friends in a study group.

Controlling
Constantly review the plans & schedules. Eg. You can balance your recreational activities and study. Review your goals. Eg. You must score well for your coursework so that you will have higher chance to attain your goal.
