The New CLA-VAL Ni-P.T.F.E. composite coating is particularly designed for critical components, especially components with an intermittent movement. This new coating process combines an Electroless nickel and P.T.F.E inclusions. CLA-VALs duplex layer Electroless Nickel and Ni-P.T.F.E gives a superior protection. Ni- P.T.F.E. CLA-VALs Ni-P.T.F.E layer provides : Excellent corrosion resistance by creating an hydrophobic surface Dry lubricating surface Reducted friction coefficient Particularly designed for hard water due to the anti-calcareous property of the Ni-P.T.F.E.
