Document Preservation Notes

This document was digitally scanned in a joint effort between the US Space and Rocket Center Archives and the UAH Apollo Project in an effort to preserve and make available the document to others. Scanning was completed in January 2011, with support by SAIC, Inc., in Huntsville Alabama by Brian Danylo with final mastering by UAH Apollo Project personnel. The scan was made at 600dpi using a Contex SD4490 large format scanner.
