Description: System software is a program that manages and supports the computer resources and operations of a computer system while it executes various tasks such as processing data and information, controlling hardware components, and allowing users to use application software. Reliability is being able to deliver usable services, while being able to satisfy the requirements of the system and dependability means measure of a system's availability, reliability, and its maintenance support. This research aims to deeper knowledge about the capability of developing good reliable and dependable system software for all users. Objective: The objective of this research is to learn the capabilities and incapability of making system software. The researcher strives for the problems with understanding software reliability assurance and measurement. This research also set sights on what levels of reliability and currently achieved and what dependability assessment can it make for all the users. How system software affects the users from its reliability and dependability concepts?
