I understand that you would like to get a report of our region. Additionally, please let me know the report name and provide an existing report or is it a new requirement? Further, if this is a new requirement then please submit an FER for this. I would like to know that if there is any reported issue for our server. The reason for asking is that we have found that this server has slow response issue. Further, we have found that one of our account has a similar issue. I could see that device is communicating. Additionally, I would like to advise that this application version is very old and is not supported. I do remember that last year I had advised to update the application. Please let me know the progress of this server. I have completed the requirements based on the project plan. Please find the report which includes real data. I have explained below in points about which sheet this is related to the requirements, in an excel file. I am not sure about your query. If you are questioning regarding the license type then I would like to advise that we have three different types of license which are Internal, demo and production. Depends on the nature of customer requirements when they apply for license through our system. Regarding the Java issue, what I mean in my earlier email is that we have found that one of domain PC has Java and the other does not. Additionally, the issue is only related to one of their domains as from domain XXX, customer can access our portal using IE. I have provided the doc from which they could configure it. Further, my advice is that they could check their xx domain settings as this domain has no issue and they could apply the settings to another domain. This is not a new request. As I mentioned earlier when I raised this case I have added three fields in the reports. However, those fields are not in the Parameter and I could not see it in report. Those fields needed to be added in parameter so we could see it. Regarding my last email I have advised to save in the production folder which is XXXX and not this one and when you save all the three reports in the production folder please save it under the name DDDD. Furthermore, when I raised this case I had mentioned if there was any need of a discussion then please arrange a conference call.
