WING-NEEDLE EDGING THIS IS A WING-NEEDLE DESIGN SET. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DEALER THAT YOUR MACHINE CAN USE A WING-NEEDLE BEFORE PURCHASING THIS DESIGN SET Materials Hoop Size: 5 x 7 inches Wing-Needle for the wing-needle stitching - please get the correct one for your machine Normal Needle for the embroidery Marathon Threads according to Colour Chart 2 - 4 layers of Water-Soluble Stabilizer. (wss) I use 2 layers as it works for me. Half inch Ribbon of your own choice Polyester Cotton Fabric. Magic Tape/Pins/Fabric Adhesive. Please use for fabric placement on stabilizer. I prefer using a combination of Magic Tape and Pins Method 1. Hoop wss.

2. Stitch outline of design onto wss.

3. Cut fabric a little larger than the design OR cut a strip of fabric the required length for continuous embroidery. Hold the Fabric in place firmly with Magic Tape, Pins or Fabric Adhesive.

4. Stitch the outline of the design onto the Fabric.

5. Trim the fabric back to the edging. 6. Now stitch the Satin-stitch edging.

7. Stitch the Ribbon Buttonholes where applicable. 8. Using the Colour-Chart stitch out the embroidery.

9. NOW change the normal embroidery needle to the Wing-Needle to do the Wing-Needle stitching.

10. Complete the design. If doing continuous hooping - please use the Placement Method. 11. Rinse design to remove the wss. Dry and Press. Slit open Buttonholes and thread the ribbon through. Happy Stitching Bargainembstore http://www.bargainembstore.com
