Phonics and Spelling


* Practicing word endings, or word families this week- check out my Phonics, Whats My Ending? papers * Making Words using letter tiles * The word family cubes I made and the game we played * Continuing to practice.... If you have a wimpy vowel you need a ck. Not just a k, you need a ck.

* The book the dot by Peter Reynolds and what it is all about The connect the dots morning work I did * counting by 2s and ask me to count for you by 2s as high as I can * The Colar Mix application we used on the ipad to make our dots 3D Using domino dots to create number * sentences * The Art Centers and the materials (tempera paint dot tubes, pastels, water colors and scented markers) I used to create my own dots and the one I left at school to be on display

Tomorrow~ Monster Word Spelling Review Our Book Orders are due tomorrow! Dont forget you can send the order in with your child or you can order online. This is a great way to add books to your collection
