DURING ARTS ARTS & CRAFTS OR WRITING :) GENERAL GUIDELINE: GUIDELINE: ART STUDIO WORK 1. Art studio work table must be covered with plastic mat at all times. 2. Floor canvases must be spread open at all times. 3. LKs must put on their aprons or old sweatshirts prior to any art work (No aprons, no art work!). 4. LKs are reminded of the expected noise level (Refer Classroom Noise Control Scale) i.e. A maximum scale of 3 is acceptable during art work. 5. When using pencils, colour pencils, crayons, and the likes: a. LKs must make use of the pencil case provided. colouring/writing items at any one time for individual use. c. LKs must make a habit of returning the used colouring/writing items before taking another set. Note: Erasing or sharpening mediums are shared items. 6. LKs must complete the full art process i.e. ending with cleaning/tidying up (all tables and floor!), and returning the Art Studio to its original state for others use. b. LKs must take no more than 3

Writing exercises should ideally be done on tables, or on the reading apparati, unless LKs prefer to do it on the floor. 3. LKs are reminded of the expected noise level (Refer Classroom Noise Control Scale) i.e. Only Scale 0, 1, 2 are acceptable during writing work. 4. When using pencils, colour pencils, crayons, and the likes: a. LKs must make use of the pencil case provided. colouring/writing items at any one time for individual use. c.
