I am requesting funding for Strengthening Family and Mentallfiealth Services for Underserved
Youth in Los Angeles County in fiscal yea r 2010.

The entity to receive fu nding for this project is:

Phoenix Academy
11600 Eldridge Avenue
Lake View Terrace, CA 91342

The funding would be used for increasing the number of youth served by Phoeni x Academy
who would otherwise be unable to afford such treatment.
