I am requesting funding for Strengthening Family and Substance Abuse Services for At-Risk
youth in fiscal year 2010.

Santa Ana, CA 92701

The funding would be used for the expansion of Phoenix Academy of Orange County's
substance abuse recovery management services, which include outpatient, mental health,
family, and vocational services.
