On February 16, 2005, Karen L. Silva, Silva Law Office, Boise, Idaho, filed a

notice of appearance as attorney of record for Jerry L. Korn, Ben Korn, and For The

Birds, Inc.1 On June 7, 2005, Ms. Silva moved for permission to withdraw as attorney of

record for Jerry L. Korn, Ben Korn, and For The Birds, Inc., stating the request is made as

the matter has been concluded.2

On June 20, 2005, I contacted Ms. Silva, by telephone, informing her that the

proceeding as to Jerry L. Korn, Ben Korn, and For The Birds, Inc., has not been

concluded. Nevertheless, Ms. Silva reiterated her request for permission to withdraw as

attorney of record for Jerry L. Korn, Ben Korn, and For The Birds, Inc.

I find no reason to deny Ms. Silva’s request. Therefore, the following Ruling

should be issued.

RULING

Karen L. Silva’s motion for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for

Jerry L. Korn, Ben Korn, and For The Birds, Inc., filed June 7, 2005, is granted.
