The Commission of Colleges is qualified to put up this site because they are the main people that manage all colleges. The graphics on the website add to the website because they show what the campus looks like, what the mascot is, and how nice their place is. The color scheme goes well with the site because these are the school colors and the colors are not overwhelming. The site is easy to navigate because the website is labeled very well with all the information in logical places. The page is fairly fast when loading, especially with all the information and graphics that are presented. Most of the school curriculum is accessible on the website, which is a nice feature. I would rate this site at a 9 because the site makes everything easy to find and presents things in a goo manner. The only thing that I would change is adding more pictures of the students learning. The information is presented very clearly and is easy to understand. The information is up to date on this site. This website was last edited on October 2nd This site was created for informational use. This site makes a lot of information viewable to the public This website was put up by Annenberg Public Policy Center The displayer is an expert on the topic because they have all current events and use them on this site. There are a lot of graphics on this site and I feel that the site would be more effective if there wasnt as many images. The color scheme is a bit bright, I think that if the site wasnt as bright as it is, I wouldve stayed on the site longer. The site is very easy to navigate because it has a lot of plain titles that everybody would get. The page took too long to load in my opinion, but the site is constantly being updated so this may be the reason for slow loading times. The site has a lot of useful information for everybody I would rate this site an 8 because there are several things that the site could improve on. Israel

The color scheme is very bland... there needs to be more color to convey the idea of how good the software is. The site is easy to navigate because there is only one purpose to this website; to offer a downloadable software The page takes a couple seconds to load, but the software has to load with the page so this is a good amount of loading time. There are no graphics on the site. I think that the color scheme should be a bit more colorful because there is nothing keeping me on the site The site is fairly easy to use because everything is categorized well The page doesnt take long to load, and there is a lot of information on this site, so I like the loading time. The site needs to have something to keep visitors on the site. I rate the site a 5 out of 10 because the layout t Is boring but it has good, reliable content. This site was created to give information about the marines to the public and also for the marines. This site is put up by the Official U.S. Marine Corps Website The Official U.S. Marine Corps are an expert on this topic because they are in charge of all of the marine affairs and therefore should know all the information about the marines. The graphics add to the site because they show what the story will be about without telling you I like the color scheme because it is so appropriate for this type of website The site is easy to navigate because links are clearly labeled The page is fast to load and has a lot of information presented, so the load time is very reasonable The background is very good for this type of website!
