Started by training at other two locations in preparation of running the 3 rd location’s kitchen and knowledge of
the FOH procedures.
Duties before opening involved designing kitchen layout, ordering the equipment, and making appointments
and meeting with contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.
Developed kitchen procedures, daily/weekly detail cleaning schedule, produced guidelines for cooking times
and temps, and put together training manuals.
Managed the everyday kitchen operations to include taking inventory, making food and supply orders, receiving
deliveries, and supervising kitchen staff.
