MARIAN IS CHRISTIAN To assume the historicity of the Christs birth is to assume the unique blessedness of Mary who is written

as the mother of Jesus, not only nominally but biologically. She nursed him with her ordinary milk of an extraordinary mission. She, as his only known teacher, and as mothers usually are, taught him speech and the vocabulary to enable him to engage others in conversation. The Blessed Virgin Mary nourished him to the moment when, at twelve, he deemed it opportune to linger in the Temple and exchange wisdom with elders of their Holy Assembly. Encouraged to be sociable he attended a wedding at Cana where, in obedience to his mother, he manifested, in advance of his time, an aspect of his supernatural nature -he willingly replenished a juice of merriment: He converted seven jars of water into seven jars of wine. Jesus affirmed his fealty to a mother who deserved it by her care of Jesus whom she, together with spouse Joseph, nurtured to physical and moral fitness that allowed him to bear so much pain and sadness at Calvary. Jesus must have cherished the love of his mother enough to please her. When He taught us and, thereafter, said follow me, he, thereby, wished, too, for us to offer ourselves to His mother. Mary is the mother of the Christ the Redeemer. In moral equivalency she prepared to save us even before we would actually be redeemed. In our veins runs the very milk of grace of which she must, therefore, be always full.

And what is it to love Mary? It is trying to imitate Jesus. And that seems good; immeasurably good, reminding us of a Saints : The measure of love is to love without measure -it is to love with infinite return, deserving nothing less than Jesus with Jesus deserving infinitely much, much more.
Fraternally yours in Jesus, and His Mother Mary of the Immaculate Conception, all for Almighty God Always:
