PROCEEDIN' Computer Centre annual Review meeting (2007-08) was conducted on 16.07.2008 in the presence of the Dean, AECRAI, Kumulur and the following staff members have attended the meeting 1. Dr.J. John Gunasekar, Assoc. Prof. cum Com, Center in-charge 2. Mr.M, Parthiban, Asst. Prof. (C5) 1. Safety cabinet may be purchased for keeping cameras and other equipments. 2. Alllecture halls and video conferencing hall must be provided with internet connectivity 3, LED projector (Sanyo) in the Audio Visual Library may be serviced within 15 days and fix it ‘4, Logbook may be maintained for opening & closing the computer centre on a dally basis. 5. Computers and other equipment (Stock) provided to the individual staff from the computer centre may be free transferred to the concern departments. 6. Student printout money may be collected from hostel office every month and provide wages 10 the labours in the computer centre and also purchase essential items for computers. 7, Engage both the casual labours on Saturday ( Timings: Mr. Rajendiraprasad- 8.00 am fo 11.00 ‘am & 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Mr. Ravikumar ~ 11.00 am to 5:00 pm) 8. __Unserviceable articles may be condemned immediately. ‘They are requested to take necessary action Ora G DEAN
