Beacons (noun)
a fire or light set up in a high or prominent position as a warning, signal, or celebration.

Eg.: Look at that beacon! It is so high!

Consequences(n)
Importance or relevance Eg.: The consequence of not doing your homework is learning nothing!

Calamity(n)
An event causing great and sudden damage Eg.: We often think as the worse scenario to prevents calamity.

Evacuated (v)
To remove (someone) from a place of danger to a safer place:

Eg.:The sign on the right states that we have to evacuate immediately.

Ferocious (adj)
savagely fierce, cruel, or violent. Eg.:Our teacher is ferocious when he opens his mouth isnt he?

Humidity (noun)
Atmospheric moisture. Eg.: The humidity in Singapore often ranges to the sixties.

Irrelevant (adj)
Saying something that is not connected with the subject at hand.

Eg.: Please talk about something irrelevant and not go off the topic.

Meteorologist(n)
An expert in or students of meteorology Eg.: An interview was conducted on a meteorologist.

Monitoring (verb)
To observe something or someone. Eg.: I am sure that there are somebody monitoring this place from that camera.

Orbiting (verb)
To circle something or someone in a specific direction at all times.

Eg.: Did u know that the Earth orbits the Sun once every 365 and a quarter days?

Rubble (noun)
Waste or rough fragments of stone, brick, concrete, etc., especially as the debris from the demolition of buildings: two buildings collapsed, trapping scores of people in the rubble. Pieces of rough or undressed stone used in building walls, especially as filling for cavities. Eg.:The heavy bombing in World War II made that building to rubble.

Reconstruction (noun)
The action or process of rebuilding or being reconstructed.

Eg.:The reconstruction of that building took nearly 2 years!

Rugged (adj)
(of ground or terrain) having a broken, rocky, and uneven surface: Sentence: A baby couldnt walk on rugged surface!

Reconnaissance (adj)
An adjective that describes an information gathering mission

Satellite (n)
an artificial body placed in orbit round the earth or another planet in order to collect information or for communication. Eg.: The satellite of Earth is the moon.

Torrential (adj)
(of rain) falling rapidly and in copious quantities: Eg.:Torrential are strong enough to destroy houses.

Topic sentence(n)
A sentence that expresses the main idea of the paragraph in which it occurs:

Topic sentences are usually the first sentence of the paragraph.

Supporting sentence(n)
A sentence that support the main idea: which one is the main idea here>

Signal words(n)
Words that connect different ideas: Due to the bomb, we are leaving the school. For this reason, we will do our work after.

Turbulence (n)
violent or unsteady movement of air or water, or of some other fluid: Did the turbulence last night killed anyone?
