Sec.11.601.Greated;number,qualifications, appointmentand term of officeof members.

Thereshallbea metropolitan whichshallconsist
boardoffaircommissioners, of five(5)members
to be
appointed bythemayorandconfirmed of thewholemembership
by a majority of the council.The membersof
the boardshallservefor termsof five(5)yearseach,exceptthatthe members firstappointed, (1)
one shall
servefor a termof one(1)year,one(1)fora termof two(2)years,one(1)for a termof three(3)years,one
(1)for a termof four (4) years,and one (1) for a termof five (5) years.Any vacancyoccurringduringtheterm
of a membershallbe filledin the mannerprescribed andshallbe for the unexpired
