To connect to the mailbox via Outlook follow the below steps: 1. Open Outlook 2.

From the menu select Tools Account settings 3. Click on Change

4. Click on More Settings 5. Click on Advanced

6. Click on Add and type in the exact name of the person whose mailbox you were given access to, including spaces.

7. Click OK. 8. Click Apply then click OK.

9. 10. 11. 12. 13.

Click Next. Click Finish. Click Close. Close Outlook and then reopen it again. You should now see the mailbox in the Mail folders pane of your Outlook window.

To connect to the mailbox via Outlook Web Access (OWA) follow the below steps: 1. Open Outlook Web Access 2. Look for your mailbox name in the top right corner of the Outlook Web Access window.

3. Click the drop down arrow that is to the right of your mailbox name. 4. In the Open Other Mailbox window type in the exact name of the mailbox you were given access to, including spaces. Then click Open.

5. Repeat Steps 1-4 each time you want to open the mailbox.
