PE assignment A1:How am i responsible for the team results?

In a team, everyone is responsible for the result. It is important that everyone in the team know the tactics and if someone doesn't know then it could lead to a defeat, as an individual it is important to always keep your position because if you don't mark your man, and then your opponent has a chance to score, and its always important to give the full 110 percent. A personal example of this is when I lived in sweden, I played in a football team called Hittarp, and when we played games, everyone defended as one and attacked as one, as soon as we lost ball possession everyone went back or we put pressure on the opponents, we would also always keep our positions to keep our man and to use all the space on the field. Another personal example of this is my handball elective last year, in handball it is important to always attack and defend as one, because otherwise the opponents are one player more, even if you got tired you always went back to support your team. Professional athletes also do this, yesterday I went to the football game FC Twente-Ajax, and you could clearly see that the moment Twente got the ball the entire Ajax team went back and defended as one. One specific example of this is Ricardo Van Rhijn, he is right back and he worked really hard, and even though the ball was at the left side of the field he stayed at the right to keep that space on the field, And when he saw a good opportunity he would go toward the opponents goal and try to give a good cross ball. If you look at the image below then you can see what the position of a right back should be, at the side and sometimes going in attack.

In my personal life I also play football, and I use these kind of tactics to change a game, because if everyone can keep their position then the team will function much better.

A2:The relations
What is the relation between quality of interaction, quality of input and quality of play? These three factors are necessary to win, to win a game you need to communicate well with your team, to mark your man and with passing. If everyone gives full input then the team will function much better, often when a big team plays against a small team they have a hard time because some players don't give the full 100 percent just because its a small team. Quality of play, this means that the team works well together, that when one player makes a run another player passes him the ball, if you play well together you can win, but in order to play well together you need to communicate well and work hard. 2: reflect critically on all aspects of being a team member. Being a team member doesn't just mean playing the games, it is working hard all the time, in practice and in games, it is working for each other, and giving back up for each other, in game if you would see a one on one situation and your team is

defending then you would give the player back up, if the attacker would dribble the defender then you would be there to help. Being a team member is special for the captain because he is the team leader, he should always give the team spirit a boost. Being a team member means always coming to practice, even in bad weather or if you're tired.
