Ingredients:

Potato 200 grams

Dextrose Powder 20 grams

Agar/gulaman bar(white) 20 grams

Distilled or tap water 1 liter

Peel and dice potato

Weigh and boil diced potato until soft

Strain the decoction to remove the potato and volume the decoction into 1 liter

Return the broth in the pot, add the shredded gulaman bar and dextrose

Pour some amount in the flat bottles, plug with cotton and paper/aluminun foil

Sterilize the bottles at 15 psi for at 30 minutes

Place the bottles in slanting or flat position for the agar to set/solidify and ready to use
