Confirming effectiveness of c eaning: Send the D! "ater rinse of the a#ove parts to the OC department to confirm the a#sence of previous product. 6. *leaning of !achine body+ *lean %ith 0.1. &ee'ol solution and scrub %ith soft nylon brush rinse and thoroughly cleaned %ith U1 filtered %ater. 3. Drying+ /i'e and dry the cleaned 'arts as !entioned in ste' 3 using a clean dry lint free duster. 4ir dries the sliding and ca'sule loading 'lates in an SS tray. 5. 4sse!bling+ "e-asse!ble all 'arts of the !achine carefully chec,ing for correctness of asse!bling. 6ote+ 1. 7ix the 8*leaned9 label. . Ste' no. - is #alidatory exercise to be conducted once in 6 !onth and at the ti!e of 'roduct changeo#er. 3. Dry clean the !achine %ith a clean lint free duster, if it is used %ithin 2 hrs.
