HOW STATE GOVERNMENT EMPLEMENTED THE ABOVE LETTER

Two increments were given to those teachers those who could not get any benefit of Ph.D.
Those who became Reader at the 13 years of service as lecturer were not given any
increment for the Ph.D.

COSIQUENCE OF THIS METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION

Think “Why a Lecturer could not become Reader at the 13 years of service”?
As he could not complete his Ph.D. with in 13 years of his service as Lecturer and he
completed his Ph.D. after 16 years of his service as Lecturer. And he got the reward of
completing late Ph.D. by two increments. Those who completed their Ph.D. with in 13
Years were not given any increment.

Is it the correct implementation of above letter of UGC?

If not than what AIFUTO is doing for the proper implementation of above letter of UGC.
