Overall Comments:

Liedtke, Danielle

Danielle was able to take into account a wide variety of special education needs and tailor her lessons to appeal to all of my students. She worked with a wide variety of resource personnel in the room and was very flexible when these staff members had to take students out during her lessons. Danielle was able to use a wide variety of behaviour management techniques to keep control of the class. As there are 14 out of 25 students with either academic or behavioural IEP's in my class, Danielle not only respected their uniqueness but also worked with each child to try and bring out the best in each one. Danielle was always open to constructive feedback, maintained a professional binder of her observations and lessons and always arrived early, and ready to start the day. Our class misses her and cannot wait for her return to see her smile and enjoy her positive attitude.
