Circular motion screening machine type DUK - Delta 2

Unlike conventional circular motion screening machines, the Delta 2 operates with a G-force in excess of 6. This enables the machines in this series to work very efficiently and with maximum flexibility. The two eccentric shafts are controlled in parallel by frequency converter to ensure that they are synchronised, this also enables the machine to be adjusted to differing duties and product parameters. Compared with conventional screening machines, the Delta 2 offers: - up to 40 % smaller screen area or - up to 40 % more capacity with the same screen area.

The dynamic parameters of the Delta 2 screening machine are designed that the throw of a particle is exactly two vibrations of the machine (circular motions).

The material is being controlled whilst travelling over the screen deck.
