Flag Salute 2. 2013 Budget Adjustments Council reviewed major changes in allocations: Tutoring for LEP students and PD for teachers of LEP students Instructional Contracts PSA Counselor Moving of positions and adjusted teacher salaries 3. ELAC: Comprehensive Needs Assessment Council reviewed current EL data, including CST and CAHSEE pass rates and reclassification rates Recommendations: Tutoring PD on SDAIE strategies and data analysis for teachers When planning, ensure that all EL students have ELA classes year-round

4. On motions made and seconded it was voted that: It was moved and seconded to approve all budget adjustments (Rauh) Seconded (T. Driscol) Approved unanimously by show of hands 5. Public Comment No public comment was made Meeting adjourned at 12:15
